1. How much is Shipping?
Shipping is calculated once you have reached the check out screen. Shipping rates are based on the weight, destination and shipping method. You will have the ability to view the shipping charge prior to checkout, and do not have to checkout if you do not agree to the shipping rate.
2. How long does it take for me to get my order?
We ship out most orders within 24 hours and UPS Ground will take 5 business days to reach you with in the US. You also have the option of upgrading your shipping to 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight, during checkout - at an additional charge. For more information please see our Shipping and Returns page.
3. Do you ship International Orders?
Yes, we do! Our international customers save 25% on UPS Posted Rates! Click here for more info on our International shipping.
4. What is your minimum order?
CheapWholesaleJewelry.com has a minimum order of $100 USD. Any order under that amount will be charged a Low Order Fee of $25.00. Should you need to purchase jewelry for yourself, try our retail site: www.summersjewels.com. Summer's Jewels.com has no minimum order and $9.99 shipping with FREE shipping for orders over $100!
5. Where are products manufactured?
We get our products from all over; some from China, some in the U.S. and some we manufacture ourselves.
Be sure to check out our newest products often, as we are always adding all new jewelry.
6. What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry items you receive, we accept returns up to 10 days after original date of purchase. The process for making a return is as followed:
- You must send an email to orders@cheapwholesalejewelry.com to let us know you making a Return.
- You MUST include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the jewelry is being returned.
- All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging.
- We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts.
- All products must be received back in the original package and condition in which they were shipped.
- CheapWholesaleJewelry.com reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on your order.
7. Do you have a physical catalog?
We do not currently produce a printed catalog. If you are interested in receiving a catalog in the future please send an email to info@cheapwholesalejewelry.com and insert CATALOG REQUEST as the subject and include your name, address, city, state and zip.
8. Does jewelry tarnish and what is overlay?
Overlay is plating...it is the same thing. With all plated jewelry, there is a chance that it will tarnish, but if you take care of it properly, it will last beautifully, for a very long time!
9. Is membership required?
No! You do not need to be a member to buy from us. You do however need to create an account so that we have your shipping and billing information. Upon checkout you will be prompted to either login or create this account.

11. Will you drop ship for me?
Normally, we do not drop ship, but rather have very strict guidelines in becoming a Strategic Partner.
12. How do I become a Strategic Partner?
Please contact Jack@cheapwholesalejewelry.com for all inquiries. To be considered, please provide the specific product/products you wish to provide and why you feel they will benefit customers of CheapWholesaleJewelry.com. Also furnish your company’s URL, Site Statistics, numbers of years in business, business address, a brief explanation of your commitment to customer service, and a minimum of 3 professional references. Please Note, you must be the source for the product, we will not list multi-tiered drop ship items. All products MUST be authorized to sell and backed by written certification of authenticity, no imitation (knock-off) items will be accepted !!!
13. Do you have advertisement opportunities?
Yes, we do! Please send detailed email to adverise@cheapwholesalejewelry.com describing your business and the type of advertising that you are interested in.
